Before you begin, take the time to memorize the numbers on the 3x3 grid. Keep in mind, that the layout of the gird will always be different for each player.
Once you're ready, say "Yes" into the microphone to begin.
You have 20 seconds to shoot down as many pink Boos as you can with the microphone. Each of them is worth one point. But the pink Boos with a crown on their head is worth three points. The flames on both sides of the grid indicate where a pink Boo will appear on the grid.

Once everyone has had a turn, the player with the most points will win.
