Weapon balance continues to be an absolute joke. Purposely avoiding the most powerful perks for Heavy Cannon is not enough for it to comfortably outperform the Chain Gun and Burst Rifle while choosing the optimal ones for them. Take the best stuff for HC and it wipes the floor with both CG and BR. Holding back with Gauss results in a similar experience compared to the other secondary weapons.

Devs, it would be good if you did something about this problem. The overall damage from all weapons should be comparable and as it stands now, that's not the case.
