Sadly, we have yet another game who's support is just garbage. Sad to see such a new game, right on the heels of them blowing up with a global release be this bad.

So first, sorry for the quality of this video. It often goes black showing the ticket history and the audio is meh due to the mic. Aside from that, it was VERY frustrating to have this support experience with Marvel Snap. I was locked out of playing the game for over half a week because it got our of sync. Their support couldn't even give me my missing 4 days of credits. To his credit, I feel like Jeremy might have saved the day but Blanca and Sia had to keep on ruining it over and over.

I hope they do better than this.
