Mary Skelter Finale Boss 17: Eiserne
0If you've been waiting for a truly hard boss that will put you to the test here you go. I guess since they don't have jail eyes lining the walls in this game they had to move the eyes somewhere. This boss uses a lot of fire attacks and physical attacks. In phase 1 it has an arm weak to wind and earth, an arm weak to fire, an the head is weak to water. In phase 2 the body is weak to water while it has 2 elemental heads with the same weaknesses. To be honest the elemental heads are not that big of a concern more of the game getting you used to grimoire type opponents but they're nothing compared to the prism grimoires at the end of mary skelter 2 (those things still haunt me)
The bestiary says this boss has only 3000 HP but between each phase, stat curves for higher difficulties, and the grimoire heads it's honestly closer to about 5000 and you'll need to be on top of things.
If you're having too much trouble I'd reccomend using Jack and Mary's party instead to make your life a bit easier but I gotta advise against using Ju and Red's party for reasons we'll see later.
I got interrupted so I wasn't able to record the cutscene that follows but after the fight the gang meets a girl that says her name is Rachel causing Shira to start having some serious headaches... whether it's some time travel nonsense, cloning, or pure coincidence I can't say but hey it's a video game so coincidences don't happen and this series doesn't exactly avoid clones or distorted timelines.
