2This is one of the rooms inside the Alarei, part of Tali's loyalty mission. Insanity mode with Vanguard and Geth Pulse Rifle. \n\nI hadn't seen this weapon before as it is only available on Hardcore and Insanity. It's the weapon of choice for Vanguard and Adept since it does a lot of damage on shields and biotic barriers. However, you can only use it once you chose Assault Rifle Training aboard the Collectors' ship.\n\nThis is a smallish room, you can't run backwards to gain space. After a couple of misteps that caused my Shepard's death, I started to play more aggressively and I used a lot of crowd control abilities (Flashbang Grenade and AI Hacking). Every time I had a difficulties on a level as Vanguard, the solution has always been: be more aggressive.
