There were a couple of rough spots, but made it through. Flashbang grenade and AOE Incinerate are really helpful here, thus I brought Kasumi and Mordin.

In a couple of occasions, the medikit seemed to have not gone through when I picked it from my skills (I would have really loved to have the AOE from my companions a bit earlier you know...), it cost me a surround from the husks, but thanks to the upgrades I survived.
