I chose to use Hardcore difficulty so it would be easier to see damage, but not so easy that the enemies would die quickly. I did not put any points into passive and avoided damage evolutions that could skew results. With just rockets/flamer and Tech Vulnerability, I should see rockets/flamethrower deal almost exactly 2x damage.

It appears that Sabotage rank 6 Tech Vulnerability affects the damage of the Combat Drone, but not the Sentry Turret.
