Sabotage: Damage and Tech Vulnerability (Tech Vulnerability increases the damage of the Infiltrator's heavy melee)
Wearing all melee damage armor
Using the Shotgun Omni Blade V mod.

I had no Intel bonuses on this character. With enough power damage bonuses, maybe Sabotage would have taken off the last of the Brute's armor.
