Slow and steady ... wins the race?

I'm not gonna pretend this was "pretty" at 1 hour 42 minutes, but it was my first completed Platinum Solo :-) This video is the "sped up" full version, if you really really really wanted to torture yourself and watch the full real time version, it is available here: http://youtu.be/QvfwadiFY08

This was using the EDIbot Alliance Infiltration Unit with GPS (Geth Plasma Shotgun) and Acolyte vs Cerberus on Firebase Giant. Objectives were: Wave 3 Pizza Delivery; Wave 6 4 Devices; Wave 10 Escort.

The "visual effects" in the game (like Snap Freeze "frost", missile explosions) somehow glitched out and disappeared somewhere between wave 6 and 10. So weird! Couldn't "see" the drone in wave 10, at least the blue diamond was there though. Bit of extra challenge I guess.

I'm not a big "solo" person - but I like to try occasionally for the challenge. Plus I am on a quest to complete every challenge at least 1 time.... haha. Have tried maybe 6 or 7 times previously to solo Platinum, usually ending in running out of consumables or getting sync killed of course. This time I was just sort of "I don't care how long it takes I'm just going to take it slow..." rather than spend a lot more time trying to get that first one.
