Soldier with the Viper sniper rifle, Disruptor Ammo, and Concussive Shot. You can tech burst about every 1.5 seconds. This also works in multiplayer, except that Disruptor Ammo is a consumable in limited supply. Disruptor Ammo may be the most overpowered ammo power.

Any slow-firing weapon--such as the Viper, Saber assault rifle, Carnifex or Paladin pistols--with Disruptor Ammo can prime enemies for tech bursts on every shot. Most direct damage or force powers--such as Concussive Shot, Overload, Throw, or Shockwave--can then detonate the tech burst.

Note: I purposely did not bother to manage my squad. I wanted to show that the Soldier can tech burst without any help from squadmates. I probably should have respecced James and EDI for maximum damage resistance and brought them instead of Tali and Liara, but I figured that even if they went down easily, I could still do it all by myself. I do use Liara's singularity once to take the heat off.
