I made this video because I always thought that the 4 Endings of Mass Effect 3 are very similar to the 4 Endings of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, with the same moral implications.

The only thing that doesn’t match very well are the names of Darrow, Sarif and Taggart that you can hear multiple times during the video. These are characters from Deus Ex: Human Revolution that have nothing to do with Mass Effect 3, but if you use a bit of imaginations they can be paragonate to the following Mass Effect 3 characters:

-David Sarif wants to combine technology and biology to create hybrid perfect organisms, much like the Catalyst who wants to do basically the same thing.
-Hugh Darrow wants to destroy all the technology because he considers it too dangerous, much like David Anderson who wants to destroy the Reapers for the same reason.
-William Taggart wants to control all the technology because he thinks that the Illuminati is the only group wise enough to handle it, much like The Illusive Man who want to control the Reapers because he thinks that Cerberus is the only group strong enough to handle it.
-Adam Jensen can choose to not follow any of the 3 proposal given by Sarif, Darrow, Taggart and decide to not interfere with the current situation, much like Commander Shepard can refuse to accept any of the 3 proposal given by the Catalyst and leave the fate of humanity and the other species uncertain.

In this video Adam Jensen explains the benefits of regulations and limitations of advanced technology on the society. The original Deus Ex: Human Revolution Ending is called ''Taggart Ending''.
