In that video, Matt presented an alleged Richard Dawkins quote, which SB was unable to trace, although they came across one that was a bit similar about the eye.
I believe this is the original quote, which was re-presented in a Google Groups and appears in a slightly different form from time to time, though the original is gone along with Groups.
It's from "A Devil's Chaplain," by Richard Dawkins. I'm using the Kindle Edition, and the quote in on pp.211-2
