Jump over most walls in the game with the Grenade High Jump (more correctly should be 'explosion high jump').

Points of Interest:
1. In my annotations I said that explosions multiply the momentum of Max's Lunge. But it's more correct to say that doing a lunge at the moment there is an explosion actually adds the momentum of the lunge to the explosion. Thus you end up getting large upwards and backwards momentum.

2. The amount that the momentum is multiplied/added depends on what stage Max jumps during the explosion. Ideal is when the explosion is only just starting, note that in this vid you barely see Max start his Lunge.

3. So this can be exploited by shooting a grenade to the ground and then doing a lunge at the very moment that the grenade explodes. This causes Max to go flying up and backwards, so make Max face away from the wall you want to go over.

4. I recommend making the grenade bounce off the floor and then hit a wall when doing this technique, you don't want the grenade to go too far away from Max. Or else it won't work.

5. If you jump too close to the grenade, Max will get killed. But if you are too far away, the trick won't work. There is a fine line you will have to figure out.

6. At the end of the vid (where Max goes flying off-the-map) -- If you lunge at the moment a grenade destroys a nearby object, Max gets a massive amount of upwards/horizontal momentum. It's not enough for the object to be 'hit'...it must be 'destroyed'.

However, I've not yet tested to see if you can do this same massive launch yourself using the Grenade Launcher. But in theory, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work.

7. All-in-all, using the Grenade Launcher to launch Max over walls is the most useful technique in this video. I've barely scratched the surface, the whole game is now wide open to this technique. Who knows what other skips and glitches might be possible?
