If you really thought it was going to be exciting, then you're APRIL FOOL'D.

There's a known improvement: you can open regular Pause-menu frame precisely in the transition before Chapter 1-2 intro begins, so doing that would let you cause the softlock earlier. But... not sure if going for it would be worth it.
