Copy the files from
~/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/PortalRTX/bin

.trex directory
d3d9.dll
dxvk_d3d9.dll
NvRemixBridge32.dll

to the game directory

Copy the Widesreen fix files from: https://thirteenag.github.io/wfp#mp1
and enable
UseD3D8to9=1
in ~/scripts/global.ini

zen2+ users also need this in order to avoid JPEG errors and game crashes:
