"Dearest of all my friends." Yeah, right. Vladimir Lem is the head of the cleaners, and he's in a mob war with Vinny Cognitti's rival gang. Remember the drawing on the whiteboard in Vlad's office? Vinny's favorite TV show is Captain Space Ball Bet Boy and Vlad put Vinny in a costume of his idol. Vlad also rigged the suit with explosives. We gotta save Vinny before he blows up, but first we need to get to his apartment. On the way we need to get through the worst part of town, full of V addicts, the drug from the first game. Once we get to Vinny's place things don't get easier because the head of his costume is so oversized that Vinny won't fit through any doors. Maybe Mona can help. So we try to get Vinny to her place only to find that Vlad beat us to it. It seems Mona has been hunting Vlad. When she gets to her place Vlad has already taken Vinny out and started a fire. Maybe Max is still alive. Mona has to save him once more.
