I mean at some point in his video, you expect him to put two and two together. Yet here we are, wondering why he's not listening. It would've helped him out quite a lot of he did listen, because multiple police officers tell him to solution to his problem. That stuff doesn't really register if you keep throwing insults at them and overtalking though...
