Thanks for watching along as I put together my first custom fightstick. I've always wanted a NEO GEO cabinet but it's not the most practical, so this was a no-brainer for a theme.

I think this kind of setup will work out better for what I want than an Arcade1up machine would.

I'm setting up the Dell Optiplex 9010 SFF to play Neo Geo MVS, other Arcade stuff, as well as modern steam games like DragonBall Fighterz, Soul Calibur VI and the newer Street Fighter games. Even stuff like Pac Man CE DX should be pretty cool to play with the joystick. The i7 3770 and MSI GTX 1650 low profile in there is plenty strong for running emulation and fighting games so we should see some pretty good results I think.
