McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Joker Dark Knight Returns Review #shorts
McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse Joker Dark Knight Returns collect-to-build a horse Review. This action figure is a new sculpt of the character from Frank Miller's Batman The Dark Knight Returns storyline, based on the comic book artwork. For the most part, the sculpt is a very faithful rendition of the character. The colors choice for his costume are nice, and appear quite clean. The articulation for the legs is nice, with movement in the hips, knee swivels, and somewhat loose ankles, but the upper body is a mess; the torso rocker has no movement, and the arms have no bicep swivel yet still have a double elbow crunch. Accessories include the horse's head and saddle, an extra hand, and a knife. The quality is pretty bad, aside from the sculpt, though he also wears an inaccurate jacket. It looks like Frank Miller's art though, so it might we worth checking out for some collectors. This toy may still be available from retailers, and you might be able to find him in the brick and mortar store. Is this worth buying? Is this worth the price? At $24.99 it's a well-detailed figure with bad and limited articulation and questionable quality control.
