While I'm not sure if this hero is broken or not yet he seems insanely strong in Pubs as most people allow him to poke and scale very easily. You can also find easy picks if you choose to use your arrow correctly. I also love agile at 13 and it's ability to allow you to make reset plays which can look super flashy.
