Part 9 - Cold, Hard, Crashed and an Infamous Level!

Continuing on from last time, Crash takes another trip to "Ruination" where the orange marsupial have to get the box gem this time round, but also, another level that so many players of this game have a rather big fear of: "Cold Hard Crash," what is simply put, one of the most infamous stages in terms of not only difficulty, but also backtracking too. Many of those (in particular, Crash Bandicoot fans) consider this level to be their least favourite (or in some cases, worst level) in the game let alone the PS1 trilogy of the franchise. Afterwards, we get to fight Cortex's assistant, Dr. N. Gin, who tries to kill Crash for the 20 crystals he has gathered so far. After defeating the scientist, Cortex again gives us grief about his crystal obsession, but this leads Crash up to the final warp room of the game. What will it bring? Find out in the final 3 parts that lie ahead.

One year after his defeat, Cortex comes up with a scheme to fool Crash Bandicoot into striking up an alliance to collect Crystals in order to stop a planetary alignment from destroying Earth by channelling the energy from it, but what will result from it? Well, it is time to play the sequel of the marsupial's debut, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back.
