McKidd Plays - WarioWare: Smooth Moves part 3
Part 3: Spellbound with Hi-Tech and Far Distance Taxis.
The story so far: After the adventures of Young Cricket's hunger pangs, the Kindergarten ninja twins and Jimmy T's disco antics, we now continue on with the next set. Starting off this part, Ashley is looking up a spell to make a monster plant in which she has her assistant, Red to transform into a scepter in order to pulling off the spell, which ends in disaster as the plant only is a normal flower, pretty much to Ashley's dismay, but the book of spells can tell her how to make the perfect spell. After some preparation and another plant pot, Ashley pulls off the spell again, this time ending up in success as the plant grows into a monster in which Red turns back to his normal self and is scared of the monster, but Ashley smiles at the plant meaning she pulled off the right spell this time round.
At the Diamond Academy, Penny Crygor is having a invent-off with her grandfather, Dr. Crygor (who is being cheered on by his assistant, Mike) in a contest of the best invention and the fight off gives Penny the chance to prove she is a great inventor by making a pink bike which can do strange stuff (which we'll see later on in the game, spoiler warning!) and defeats her grandfather in which Penny decides to celebrate her victory with a dance alongside Dr. Crygor and Mike.
Meanwhile, at Diamond Taxi, Dribble and Spitz decide to take a taxi drive when a lady decides to request a ride to Tomorrow Hill in which Dribble and Spitz obliges. Upon starting, they waste no time in getting to the destination. When they got there, the taxi driving duo were surprised when an alien spaceship arrived and the lady was revealed to be an alien from another planet and waves goodbye to them. After the ship left and the hat lands on Dribble, Spitz realises that the lady never paid the fare, much to the disarray of Dribble in a hilariously classic reaction.
To be continued...
Today, we're going to cover the Wii classic that proved that Nintendo had outstanding potential and an edge over it's rivals in the 7th generation of consoles, "WarioWare: Smooth Moves." Continuing the tradition of microgames and quick reactions/reflexes, this game makes good use of the Wii remote and does a great job in utilizing the capabilities the controller has. Will Mitch be able to get through the microgames or get stumped by ingenious methods made to fail?! There's only one way to find out... Let's get that Wii remote prepared and let's get started!
