First down load cheat engine http://www.cheatengine.org/download.php that is the hyper link
Next you enter bloons tower defence and go to the flashing computor in the upper left hand corner.
Then you press the Windows list button and scroll down the list un til you see bloons tower defence 3
then double click it.
next you should see a bar you can type into type in your starting money and click new scan then first scan double click the first item in the drop list on the left side
it should show up on the bottom of the cheat engine dont touch it
after that buy something then type your remaining money in the type bar on cheat engine
then click next scan and double click the first item on the droplist to the left on the cheat engine
it should also show up on the bottom
then right click the first scan you made wich should still be in the drop list at the bottom
then go to the top of the right click list and left click delete this address
you should be left with an address at the bottom of the cheat engine that is your total remaining money
then right click that and put your mouse on change record
then another droplist should come down left click value on that droplist
then type in the amount of money you want
go back to bloons tower defence and buy anotheritem once you do your money should increase to the amount you put in cheat engine enjoy!
