MechWarrior5's EPIC Decision
134G'day all MrPaladin here.
PGI has recently announced a shift from VALVe and the STEAM store to instead become an EPIC EXCLUSIVE for 1 year (at least) which makes some sence from the use of the game engine (UNREAL5) and the fact that EPIC gives publishers a larger chunk of the pie AND will help market the game.
This upsets the boat with a lot of the pre-purchase promises that were made so lets take a look at this from all sides while I also talk about how this impacts me directly.
