You don't need max slow to do laz it just make it more managable.
As for gear, helm is for wolf stance to get to the arena quicker. Shield was just for defense and some block (hit 75% block). Armor can be dragonheart but i had this memer instead. Boot and glove crafted for vit, socketed with % dex. Wep was for +2 block but ssu short sword would be much better and allow for more life i just did not have at the time. Ring/amy whatever you have that gives life and lets you hit max block easier. If you do slow laz you can use banish nec for chance to proc on him.

I clear with rising dawn from the belt. Very easy totem/groupie clear skill with no dmg investment.

Stats to aim for are 15k+ life, 500k defense, 75 block. You can optimize what im using much better but this worked.
