Yes, KBT facility (analog horror series) & B.T (analog horror series) are canon together, the difference is that the KBT Facility (fictional location in the analog horror series by the same name) doesn’t really know or interested in learning about the backrooms (fictional dimension) or want to talk about it and M.E.G (the fictional facility/military group learning about the backrooms, its also canon in B.T) is the one collecting the Backrooms Tapes!, so think of the backrooms as a noclipping phenomenon in the KBT facility/B.T universe aka KBTverse
(Speaking of KBTverse, if anything is canon to KBT facility then its in the KBTverse)
Oh! Another thing, B.T is a prequel series to K.B.T Facility, so remember, B.T happened before KBT Facility.
