Yes, KBT facility (analog horror series) & B.T (analog horror series) are canon to one another, the difference is that the KBT Facility (fictional location in the analog horror series by the same name) does not care about the backrooms (fictional dimension) or want to talk/learn about it and M.E.G (the fictional facility/military group learning about the backrooms, its also canon in B.T) is the one collecting the Backrooms Tapes!, so think of the backrooms as a noclipping phenomenon in the KBT facility/B.T universe or simply KBTverse
(Speaking of KBTverse, if anything is canon to KBT facility then its in the KBTverse)
Oh! Another thing, B.T is a prequel to K.B.T Facility.
