Mega Man 4 Part 8 - Can I kill him now?!
2Boss rush and first fight with Dr. Wily.
This video had over 13 minutes of failure cut out of it...which explains the change in my mood. I also had to use save states to finish Wily off.
I learned after the fact from watching someone do this fight correctly that the Drill Bomb is the correct weapon to take down Dr. Wily's second part. It'll apparently explode on the front of his machine instead of bouncing off it like it does with everything else I try to use it on.
