0Moving on to Star Man here. His stage is actually the game's water level because the low gravity of outer space has the same physics as water in universe of Mega Man. As such, this also means lots of death spikes and giant leaps.. which are also typical of a water stage in Mega Man games.
Star Man himself is a relative non-issue.
