Mega Man 6 Playthrough
25Well, it's published by Nintendo in America, so I feel that it's alright to make a Playthrough of this. For those who are wondering why I'm really picky with which games I do for the channel that Nintendo didn't directly make themselves, it's because of copyright in regards to music. I think Capcom's pretty chill, though. I mean, they helped with a few Nintendo titles anyway!
So the deal with Mega Man 6 is that Capcom decided not to publish it in North America due to the lifespan of the NES slowly coming to an end. This, Wario's Woods, and StarTropics II were games that Nintendo of America wanted to see sell in the markets before the SNES completely took over. And.... well, it's just a fun game. I REALLY wanted to play it for the channel.
This is a 100% run of the game. Every letter to spell out "BEAT" is collected along with obtaining the Energy Balancer from Tomahawk Man's stage! There are a few cuts here and there because I recorded multiple sessions. Also, the slight cuts during the third Wily stage were because I was replying to some texts and Mega Man was just kind of standing around.
The recommended order to do the levels in is: Flame Man, Blizzard Man, Plant Man, Tomahawk Man, Yamato Man, Knight Man, Centaur Man, Wind Man.
Sound only comes from the right speaker during this Playthrough because this was played on an actual NES, which only supports mono.
