Mega Man 8: Part 9: Astro Man Stage
Let's get this out of the way: If you know anything about Astro Man's stage, then you know about his two Astro Mazes.
Although it isn't 100% perfect, try following what I do in both of the mazes so that you can not only get out of them, but also get the Bolts hiding in them, beforehand. This will involve the use of the Tornado Hold as well as holding Jump to get a boost from the Mega Ball.
Sometime in-between both mazes, you also have out-climb a tower sinking into a quicksand pit.

Astro Man wields the most powerful Robot Master weapon in the game: Astro Crush. However, his weakness is not only Search Man's Homing Sniper, but also his crippling shyness and nervousness. He will even stop to freak out if you've got your Homing Sniper in his sights, and he whines every time you hit him with it.
Just get rid of this crybaby ASAP, and that Astro Crush is yours. It's so powerful that Mega Man can only use it 4 times without refilling its energy.
