A month after the school incident, Netcrime has increased and as the day begins, Lan is sleeping in but Mega Man tells him that he has saturday class (imagine going to class on a weekend when you want to rest at home, gotta suck.) Anyway, as he wakes up and says good morning to his mom, she cannot make him any breakfast because apparently, there is no water which is very strange. But, Mega Man tells us we're running late so we'll deal with it later. We get outside, we meet up with Mayl snd we are late as always. She asks us if we had any water at our house and we say no, she didn't have any either and says she couldn't even wash her face. Lan says maybe there's water at school, but when we get there the pond is empty. We get to class, talk with our classmates and Yai says that she think there is a student from Class B by the name of Froid missing. Class starts, but Ms.Mari had class dismissed early due to no water. Lan and Mega Man goes to waterworks to see what exactly is the issue, but on their way there they meet a young man who seems to be around their age and has quite the attitude, however he is an official which are government licensed netbattlers with the authority to netbatttle anywhere they want while also assisting the Netpolice to fight netcrime, they also have access to jack in to places where most people cannot. He was here to investigate the missing water in ACDC Town. We talk to the lady at the front desk, but she can't allow us to go the waterworks floor until she sees some id. We go up to Dad's lab, borrow his ID, and the lady accepts it and we can go to the floor. Lan tells a guy at waterworks that there is no water at ACDC town, but he says he knows and they are on it. Mega Man thinks there is something weird going on, like why is there netbattler checking on a bug, water missing and a kid from class b is also missing. Lan and Mega Man make a plan to stay at their dad's lab until at midnight. They take the opportunity, to jack into the waterworks net, but before that, they are caught by a woman, Lan says he got lost and she tells him to go home like a good little boy. He jacks into the Waterworks Net, the place seems to be frozen, and that there is no one around. Our heroes goes to investigate and fix the waterworks program.
