We're back at the waterworks net and we make our way through the icey maze but this time we can go to the spot where the water was running, use the handle we got from Froid's son and now we have access to a new spot that we couldn't go through earlier. After getting deeper into the Net, we found Proto Man who defeated someone and that someone is Ice Man, Froid's navi. Mega Man tells Proto Man that they aren't the real enemy here, but Chaud objects and says that they are the reason why so many people are suffering. Just then, Chaud gets Mail from HQ and it turns out that Mega Man was right, there was a WWW Navi somewhere who was the pulling the strings. They were nothing more but mere decoys. It turns out that the WWW were after the aqua program, one of the four super programs. Chaud and Proto Man left in persuit of the WWW Navi. Mega Man were hoping to talk to Dr. Froid and Ice Man, but they weren't having it. Froid says that if he Ice Man follows the WWW's orders, his son will be saved. Lan knew that they aren't listening, so we fight them and defeated them. After the fight, Froid thinks his Son is done for after failing, but Mega Man gives Ice Man the letter from Froid's son, letting him his dad know that he's okay. Froid wants to make up for what he's done, Lan tells him that we have to fix the net and get it running. Ice Man restores the Net to normal, but just then an alarm goes off.
Proto Man finally caught and found the WWW Navi but he gotten away with one of the Aqua programs. We catch up to Proto Man and Chaud, and they ask how we know their names( even though they told us eariler when we saw from the last time, lol.) We ask why is the WWW after the super programs and basically told us he ain't saying nothing. Froid says they use the Aqua program to make good tasting water, but he doubts why the WWW would wants it. Later on, Froid is reunited with his son and says thanks to Lan and Mega Man. But as that goes on our heroes rest and prepares for the next day. Next day, Mega Man is doing maintenance on the home page, shortly after roll walks on or page and Mayl invites us to go shopping with her for Yai's birthday. We'll answer her next time!
