Strange references aside, I managed to fix the audio problem slightly (keyword being "slightly," of course). Like I said before, this game is unusually quiet while running, so I had to try to up the volume in any way I could. While I succeeded a bit at this, there was a noticeable static that accompanied it as background noise. I didn't necessarily want it to overtake the audio, but I didn't want the actual game to be of insanely low audio output for the rest of the run either. So at this point, this is sadly the best I can do with fixing the audio issues (and it isn't even that great/that much more noticeable on hindsight).
