I apologize in advance if the audio is a bit too low. This game is insanely quiet for some reason, even with my volume cranked all the way up. If it continues to be an issue, I'll probably edit it post-recording to make it slightly louder.

In any case, I received a message not too long ago telling me about this game (it was recently released on a sub-reddit forum, of all places). As the title implies, this is essentially meant to be a remake of both Mega Man games released for DOS. The lead creator (who goes by "darklord92man") essentially combined both of them into a single game, which is a rather solid premise in terms of remaking all this. As for the execution however...well, that's another story entirely.

I'll be straight-forward: This has "first game" written all over it. If this actually is a first attempt at making a game like this, then I have to give credit where credit is due. The ones behind this remake actually had a few interesting ideas here and there. On the other hand, good ideas don't exactly amount to much when they're implemented so poorly that they just end up being disappointing by comparison.

To be honest however, that's actually the least of this game's problems. As per usual, I'll go through each and every one of them in the annotations. You can expect a rather bumpy ride through these next few segments, because when it comes to the negative points, this game is downright unrelenting.
