Three more bosses, and then Wily's castle. Again. How DOES he afford to keep building those when he keeps blowing them up? Ah well. Some callback enemies, and you know how much I appreciate them. Not sure I liked reusing some mini-bosses in Wily, but we did get some unique stuff at least. W tanks were tones way down, which is honestly probably for the better. This game was easier over all than 9, at least here at the end. I think I liked 9 better though.

That's not to say there aren't great elements in this game. I really like Wily 1 and 2 fights. I loved jumping on the missiles. And hey, I remembered to use the 1/2 damage this time! ...A bit LATE, should have used it at the beginning of the robot master refights. Oh well. Also, there was another stage after anyway, that was just one final boss.

The Legacy Collections are great. I wish Capcom would release the rest of the games as well. There's still the Game Boy set, the XTreme pair, Mega Man & Bass, Wily Wars (which, yes, is 1-3 remade), Powered-Up (which is 1 remade), Meverick Hunter (X remade), Battle Network set, and... *shudder* Legends, among others. Those remakes would make a nice bundle together too. And Capcom has teased some of the others, and never delivered. Truly a shame. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/the_nametag
