So now it's time to head to the Undernet. Here, all the enemies we find are in the Scuttlest family. They all sport Auras, either of the elemental variety, or in the case of the non-elemental one, a Life Aura. Each aura can go down either with their elemental weakness, or from an attack with 100 or more attack power.

But after going through all those, we end up at a fire wall. Not a literal one, but a security gate. This is essentially our stage 1 boss, and can go down in no time flat. There's no health bar, but you'll know when you're almost done when the turrets start firing homing missiles. But after that, we get a quick recharge on our health and chips, then we get the traditional Mega Man boss rush.

After that, we end up getting ambushed by more Scuttlest viruses, but as per Battle Network tradition, our friends come to save the day. Proto Man and Guts Man fend off the viruses while Roll heals us so we can go fight the new Life Virus R. This thing, like in Battle Network 1 sports a Life Aura all the time, only he doesn't drop it for attacks, so you will have to remove it yourself. He sports attacks of each element, so be on the lookout for those. But after beating it, there happens to be another form. Though all this second form does is float around in a figure 8 pattern and drop little bubbles on the ground. It does a lot of damage, but it's incredibly easy.

After defeating it, the Professor is distraught, but not for long as he plans on escaping to make another Life Virus. But he doesn't make it far as Center officials managed to find his location and arrest him. How? Through Zero, now reborn as a navi. He used the Zero Virus still on the Professor's computer to track him down. Now, with the Life Virus deleted, and the Professor arrested, everything is at peace, and Zero goes off to wander the internet, to see all the things he couldn't before.

And we'll never see him again. __
