So one more thing before I really start Chapter 8 is making use of the Gimillia Key, which opens a door in the Gimillia mine that has more items for us, as well as an encounter with a hidden enemy, Mettaur Gigant. This giant mettaur, besides being a requirement to unlock a recipe in the Force Metal Generator, also happens to drop one of Massimo's better weapons, the Jet Guillotine, which hits all enemies on the field.

But after that, we actually start the chapter, where we head to the Melda Ore Plant. Here' we discover some sort of object through peepholes found throughout the area. We send snapshots to Gaudile for analysis. After about 50 photos, we find out that it's actually a missile, with a Supra-Force Medal as the warhead. If this missiles launches, the resulting explosion could cause an incredibly large outbreak of Mavericks. We put a stop to this in the next part. __
