Mega Man X: Part 7: Sting Chameleon Stage
Sting Chameleon's theme is one of my favorites in this game. If you defeated Launch Octopus before going to this stage, it will be a bit flooded. This is a good thing if you want all of the upgrades.
At around 1:00, if you have the Dash upgrade (which you definitely should.), use its extra speed to jump towards the wall. Climb up the wall, and be ready to face a big mech: The RT-55J.
This thing takes a lot of damage, and only by the head. You also can't run away until you beat it, so it'll take you a while to beat it by any means while dodging its extendable claws.
Once you do kill it, another Dr. Light capsule shows up and gives you a body armor upgrade. This upgrade allows X to take 50% of any damage given to him, making him lose less health.
Once you're done there, go fall into the pit that stands below it into a small underwater cave. Use the water to help you make a big dash jump towards a Heart Upgrade.

When fighting Sting Chameleon, know that he's weak to the Boomerang Cutter. That weapon can be tricky to aim at first, but I get the hang of it later and take down Chameleon.
Beating Sting Chameleon gives you the Chameleon Sting. How quaint!
