New TAS project, for the Mega Man fans. This would be a long TAS, so I'll break it into 5 parts. This is part 4 of 5.

Unlike the "X, no items" and "Ultimate Armor" TASes I've made, Zero has the ability to kill some bosses fast with SDC (Saber Dash Cancel), but will cause 5 frame pauses when most attacks hitting an enemy, so it's usually faster to dodge enemies than killing them.

These 3 stages are very complicated. Lots of improvements of various details. Luckily I got 2 extra lives in the Colonel stage.
