I wouldn't say he's quite as hard to no damage as Kraft was, but this is a tricky one for sure. So at the beginning if you don't move he'll jump over you then at you. As he jumps over you, just can try to hit him with a few things. I chose to use the rising third slash which is a safe but tricky option. However, a charged buster or a basic chain rod can work here too. The last option is a tensouzan, but this is not a super safe option as he can hit you as he jumps back easily and you have to react almost frame-perfectly. After this, when he jumps back to you, sharp edge is the easy option. A charge slash can mess with his AI here, as well as in the rest of the fight as he falls back when you do this. He'll then charge towards you at the wall, and dodge this. He will protect himself for a while, and just as he goes up to use his stupid fucking bubble attack (I got so angry at that attack when I played this game for the first time lol), use a tenshouzan, and he leaves himself VERY open after this. You can use whatever you like here. I wish I had incorporated a kougenjin or something after this, but whatever, sharp edge is an effective choice. Next, he charges at you twice. Make SURE that you do two things here. First you need to hit him with a jumping slash early in his attack animation, this makes the next part much easier. Second, use a charge slash BEFORE he finishes the attack. He will fall back and use his enemy portal, and because you used it early you can go behind him and use whatever gets the damage in. After that, dash under him and finish him off.
