Do not save unless you've collected all of the Secret Disks. This will boot you in a New Game +, i.e., starting over with all of your previous Fusion Elves used still in effect (with penalty), Secret Disks, Equipment, and EX Skills.

DeSmuMe v0.9.11's AVI recorder split videos at 2GB intervals, which in my experience, happens at every 1 min and 58 secs. I could've used Non-VFW Codecs via pipedec to avoid desync audio/video and splits; however, I didn't know that. Since I've already recorded all of my footage, there isn't much I can do besides starting over.

Conditions:
-New Game.
-Normal Mode.
-No Modification Cards.
-100 Points.
-No Damage during Missions (damage-taken everywhere else).
