Mega Man Zero 3 (GBA) Perfect Run/No Damage speedrun of the intro/opening stage (100 Pts.), played on a NG+ save file. This no damage run's purpose is to show off more of Zero's potential via the EX Skills over charge attack spam. As such, charged attacks (excluding Recoil Rod, since there's universal utility with it and it's damage sucks) will not be used after the intro stage.

Intro Stage Strategy:

Pretty self-explanatory. Only thing to worry about is making sure you kill just enough enemies to receive the perfect 100 pts. score. Even the intro stage can be a little demanding in numbers, but Z3 overall actually improved the requirement for enemy kill points, severely reducing the amount of unnecessary enemies to stop and defeat. Either way, the enemies here need no explanation, and while the platforming can get a little tricky when the ice blocks come into play, it doesn't take rocket science to figure out how to keep your pace going.

Omega himself is boring, of course. A pellet + charge slash is all you need for the fastest (natural) way of killing him. Since I'm on NG+, I do have the EX Skills already unlocked, but it just felt weird trying to no damage Intro Omega with the skills, so I opted for not using any of them until after this stage, just like how I did for the No Charge rule.
