The Bio Lab, Bifrost's stage, from Mega Man ZX Advent for the Nintendo DS. No damage taken speed run. Features location of the Biometal Upgrade. Something rather annoying has come to my attention during this run: Whenever a dialogue sequence begins, Grey automatically transforms back into Model A. I assume this is because Capcom didn't make character images of Grey wearing each Biometal, which was the case in MMZX by the way. I suppose it could be considered a minor inconvenience. However, it's a bit frustrating and tedious to A-Trans back-and-forth unnecessarily, particularly during a speed run. Anyways, Bifrost may look menacing and perhaps a formidable opponent, but he's predictable and suffers from extremely slow movement. If you can manage to get behind him, attack his tail...this is his weak point. He's also susceptible to flame-based attacks, so Model-F will burn him down.
