Mega Warp and Extra Lives Code in Battletoads Double Dragon (SNES) - Retrogaming Easter Eggs
473Here's how to perform the Level Select code in Battletoads Double Dragon on the SNES. This code is also called the Mega Warp cheat and will start you with 10 extra lives as an added bonus.
On the character select screen, press Up, Down, Down, Up, X, B, Y, A. You MIGHT notice the screen flickering if you've executed the code properly, but otherwise, there is no indication that you've done it correctly until you choose your character.
But after choosing a character, you will be taken to the Mega Warp screen, where you can choose what stage you will start on. You can even choose which checkpoint you want to start on, which I think is pretty neat!
