Remember the Wily Castle stage where you Drillman's original form? It's because his v2 version wasn't accessible until the post game.

Behind a merchant in the undernet, you'll find his v2 form. He's a lot faster than his OG form. Stay in the back row to be alle to see an opening(or just use Mole and Invis chips). DrillMan isn't easy to knock out of his basic attack. You'll need something like Longsword or things that will piece behind his frontal drill. FlashMan seems to do the job as he's more area damage as opposed to frontal damage. Best to do it with Chips that can stagger him. Once staggered, he'll be sent to his back row, where he'll be wide open(unless you gave him iframes).

At random, he'll tear a three rifts that send drills at you until you stagger him out of the hole he's hiding in. When he gets too low on health, 3 of your panels will flash designating where he'll dig up from breaking those panels, and 3 rocks will fall on 3 random panels.

He's fairly easy if you have FlashMan and combo into VarSwrd. I highly recommend you learn the Elemental Sonic Wave.
