Refight against BubbleMan at the Wily castle stages. Unlike the other WWW Navis, BubbleMan doesn't have an operator, so he can't go Full Synchro(this is for story reasons anyway).

You're just fighting BubbleMan v2, which isn't much harder than the original BubbleMan. He hides behind rock, so if you can break it, things will be slightly easier. The bubbles that spawn, only serve to annoy and block attacks, they do home in on your location. There can only be three bubbles at at time, so use that to your advantage if you're not poppin' them. From time to time BubbleMan will throw a Ratton-like chip to your side of the field; it only turns once.

When he reaches critical health, he'll erect a BubbleWrap. Elec-Chips ignore this barrier. He'll start going on the offensive and shoot a bunch of harpoons down your row.
