Boss: Vulturon - 05:14

This level is one of, if not my least favorite of the entire game. The boring music, maze-like layout and annoying boss does nothing to remedy my low opinion here. The fact I had to re-do most of my run which was ready only made things here even more sour for me.

Anyway, Vulturon is one of the hardest bosses in Expert/Maniac, he has some nasty attacks and depending on how fickle his AI is feeling he may spam that guitar solo thing that can reverse your controls and lock your attacks.

The fact Vulturon's arena has those three stage light, or claw things, doesn't help either, he can also summon three trash minions which takes three beatings on Expert to die. Oh, the guitar solo thing? It makes the trash bots go ballistic on you. Yeah.

And don't fool around near him if he starts hopping around or else he will bash that guitar on your face.

Positioning is key to win here, standing more or less at the slopes will prevent Vulturon from bumping into you while most of times giving you enough time to dodge things. Be ready for the minion summon, though.
