Part 2 of the Elite Joe concepts. I changed a couple thing with the Missile and Solar Joes which is why they're still shown.
Joe changes:
Missile Joe's missiles have 2 HP instead of 3.
Solar Joe's eye is now red!
Solar Joe's shots now track you 3 times instead of 4.
Added extra shading to sprites.

I also added two new Joes, Commando and Solar+! Commando Joe kind of makes it obvious what sprite I used as a reference... (pls don't hate me I suck at sprite art)
