Melting moments! AKA Butter biscuits - an old family recipe which I am very excited to share with you.

These biscuits are soft, buttery and melts in your mouth! (hence the name.)

You will need:

• 500g (17.6 oz) Butter
• 750ml (13.4 oz) Flour
• 250ml (4.7oz) Corn flour
• 250ml (4.7oz) Icing sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon (4g) Salt

(Optional)
• 150g (5.3oz) Milk chocolate
